WARRANTY

Diesel Heaters

All heaters supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 12 months warranty. If in the event of a breakdown in the first 28 days of use, a full replacement will be offered free of charge. In the event of a breakdown after the 28 days, you agree to give us reasonable time to fix any malfunctioned parts and if we cannot do this, a full replacement will be given. In the event of a full replacement, you will receive a 28 day warranty or until the end of the original warranty term – whichever is longest. The diesel heater warranty does not cover errors: E-01 or E-02, these errors are due to the supplied voltage either being too low or too high. All other error codes are covered for repair or replacement under your warranty.

Split Charge Systems

All split chargers supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 12 months warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regards to the split charge system. In the event the Battery Charger becomes faulty, this will be replaced free of charge. In the event of a fuse blowing, we advise that we come inspect the vehicle before you replace the fuse.

Solar Panels

All solar systems supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 12 months warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regard to the solar system. If in the event of leaks, we will inspect and amend any defect unless obvious misuse has occurred. Regardless of extended warranty, leaks will be covered for 36 months. In the event of a fuse blowing, we advise that we come inspect the vehicle before you replace the fuse.

Leisure batteries

All Leisure Batteries supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 24 months warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regard to the battery ONLY. Regardless of extended warranty, batteries will be covered for 24 months. Warranty will be void if battery issues are linked to use with any form of inverter, whether this be supplied by Craft'A'Camper or not. Any battery that shows signs of being under charged for a prolonged period will not be covered. Any battery that shows signs of misuse will not be covered. In the event of a fuse blowing, we advise that we come inspect the vehicle before you replace the fuse.

Full Camper Conversions

Full warranty details will be written up for you to agree to before any work has been carried out. In the event of additional or changed terms of warranty during the conversion, you will be asked to agree. At the end of all conversions, a full, final warranty will be signed by you to refer to.

Extended Warranty

We off the extended 18 months warranty on all supplied and fitted items paid for thorough our website at least 3 calendar days before installation, these have no different terms to the normal warranty.

 

Valued Group Members

We have close ties to the members in the following groups: Dubbed Out Community, Women With Campervans and VanLife - UK. Members of these groups will automatically be given a 6 month extension to warranty however these cannot be stacked and you MUST have a group member sticker on or in your vehicle in order for the extended warranty to be given. This is our way of valuing these groups, go show your appreciation and order your stickers.
