WARRANTY

Diesel Heaters

All heaters supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with at least 12 months warranty as standard: this is extended to 18 months on the Craft’A’Camper LITE heaters if opting for the ultra quiet fuel pump and the Craft’A’Camper PRO heaters come with a 24 month warranty with no different terms. In the rare event of a breakdown in the first 28 days, a full replacement will be offered free of charge. In the event of a breakdown after the 28 days, you agree to give us reasonable time to fix any malfunctioned parts and if we cannot do this, a full replacement will be given. In the event of a full replacement, you will receive a 28 day warranty or until the end of the original warranty term – whichever is longest. The diesel heater warranty does not cover low battery or supplied voltage faults. All other error codes are covered for repair or replacement under your warranty.

Charge Systems

All work on B2B chargers supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 12 months warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regards to the split charge system. In the event the Battery Charger becomes faulty, this will be replaced free of charge. In the event of a fuse blowing, we advise that we come inspect the vehicle before you replace the fuse. Most of our core supplied components will be covered under a longer manufactures guarantee - 5 years on our recommended Victron units.

Solar Panels

All solar systems supplied by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with 24 months warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regard to the solar system BUT NOT faults developed from third party installation. We don’t install as a standalone service but Solar Systems installed as part of our full conversion process will be covered in detail in your after sales brochure. More details can be requested.

Leisure batteries

All Leisure Batteries supplied and installed by Craft'A'Camper will automatically come with the stated manufactures warranty. This warranty covers absolutely everything in regard to the battery ONLY. None-Lithium battery warranty will be void if battery issues are linked to use with any form of inverter, whether this be supplied by Craft'A'Camper or not - Lithium batteries are unaffected. Any battery that shows signs of being under charged for a prolonged period will not be covered. Any battery that shows signs of misuse will not be covered. In the event of a fuse blowing, we advise that we come inspect the vehicle before you replace the fuse.

Full Camper Conversions

Full warranty details will be written up for you to agree to before any work has been carried out. In the event of additional or changed terms of warranty during the conversion, you will be asked to agree. At the end of all conversions, a full, final warranty will be signed by you to refer to.

Extended Warranty

Any extended warranty offer has no differing terms to the standard warranty. We offer the extended 18 months warranty on Craft’A’Camper Lite units if you opt for the extra £40 ultra quiet fuel pump option.
