Warranty
Warranty details are different per product and are covered in detail here. Any evidence of misuse or obvious signs of tampering will result in the warranty being void. Warranty periods are calculated on a day of the month basis. For example: If you have a 6 month warranty starting on the 1st January, this warranty will expire on the 1st July. If on the occasion your warranty started on the 29th, 30th or 31st of a month and the warranty expires on a month that doesn’t include these dates, expiry is calculated to the last day of the month instead. For example: If you have a 6 month warranty starting on the 31st August, this warranty will expire on the 28th/29th February. We pride ourselves with a great after sales service so please, even if you have issues after the warranty, get in touch and we can assist anyway.

Rescheduling
On the rare occasion WE may be forced to reschedule your booking, we will try and give you as much notice as possible. If you are unhappy with our rescheduling, you will be entitled to a full refund of any work that has not already been started, this also includes the deposit if applicable. If you can no longer make the date agreed, please give us as much notice as possible. There isn’t a charge for you to reschedule as we understand this may be out of your control. However, we hold the right to request the addition of an out of area charge and if your rescheduling disrupts our mapped out jobs.
Refunds
Any pre-orders / deposits are fully refundable without reason, there's no questions asked and we will happily refund even is you cancel on the day of install - we're really nice. In the event that you change your mind within 7 calendar AFTER an installation you are entitled to a refund on parts and equipment we can resell ONLY. If the installed product/s becomes faulty within 28 calendar days of installation and you would like a refund, a full refund would be processed upon the retrieval of the installed parts from your vehicle. Any permanent work carried out to your vehicle which were deemed mandatory of the installation (including but not limited to, holes or fixings), would be down to the customer to reverse or replace. Under no circumstances are we obliged to refund in full if a case has not been brought forward before the 28 days is up. In the rare event you do experience a fault, please contact us immediately and we can help you from there.

Payments
If you are paying in full through our website, you can pay by: Debit or Credit card and PayPal. You can also select to pay later - where this is the case, you will be asked to pay after the work has been completed – we accept Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer for doorstep installs. Paypal “Pay in three” would have terms set by PayPal, not us. For refunds, please see above. All jobs will be supplied with a receipt after installation. If full payment has not been received by the invoiced payment due date, we will issue you with a final reminder along with 7 days to pay. If not resolved a late payment fee of £10 a day will be incurred up to 50% of total invoice price. If unresolved at this point the matter will be taken to a small claims court and costs will be added.
