VW T5 & T6 Install Options
2003-2025
This external option only really suits Caravelle or Multivan layouts. It would have 3 vents. One in the drivers step for the cool air intake and the other 2 would come up and out the base of the seatbelt pillar. There is no flexibility with the vents placement. This is the OEM look VW factory installs - We actually use factory parts for the vents but these unfortunately dont come cheap. This option would be an addition £615. Drivers Seat Mounting #1
Installs under the driver seats come at no additional charge but there are some further options you may be interested in. If your van comes with the OEM seat base cover, this unfortunately cannot be used in combination with the output vent due to its shape. We do offer a made to measure back cover for an additional £25 and an optional top cover for another £20 (see picture of both combined). We use carpeted Anthracite for the finish. Alternatively, you can supply a flat cover to match your design - search eBay for “T5/6 Seat base cover” and we’ll gladly use this at no additional charge.

Drivers Seat Mounting #2
Most vents on the above design can be angled to avoid directing air towards a common fridge layout. For vans with units and/or a fridge layout obtruding further than the width of the drivers seat base, we can box the area in to match the picture here. This would still have the heater under the drivers seat but would duct the air and face to vent towards the sliding door instead of backwards. This is an addition £55.​

Under Vehicle Mounting #1
This external option would have 2 vents. One in the drivers step for the cool air intake and the other would come up through the floor behind the drivers seat as the heat output. There isn’t much flexibility with the vents placement due to obstructions under the vehicle close to this area. This option would be an addition £115.

Under Vehicle Mounting #2
We offer 2 install position options for the VW T5/6’s with under the drivers seat usually costing no extra - prices below will go through chargeable options and all include supply and fitting as well as the main diesel tank connection. We do offer an external option for T5/6s for vans lacking the space under the drivers seat, external installs would require the underside of your vehicle being in fair condition - usually not an issue on low mileage or newer models.
